A-Group operates business aviation centers in the Sheremetyevo and Pulkovo airports. On the eve of the 10th Jet Expo event, Olga Gerasina, A-Group Commercial Director, kindly agreed to tell Show Observer about the company’s achievements and plans.
— Any FBO’s key performance indicator is the traffic it generates. Have you managed to improve on this parameter since the beginning of the year? What overall results are you aiming for in 2015?
— Despite the overall bizav market slump in Russia, we have managed to increase traffic since the beginning of 2015. Our traffic grew by 30% year-on-year in the first six months. Some of our parameters have demonstrated even better growth: for example, there has been a fourfold increase in the use of the Sheremetyevo helipad over the past year. This is primarily due to our new pricing strategy and the introduction of a one-stop-shop principle. Our other competitive advantage is the recent inauguration of the new high-speed highway linking Sheremetyevo and Moscow.
