New bizav MRO provider at Vnukovo 3
Vostok Technical Services Jets (VTS Jets) is a new player on the Russian bizav MRO market. Based at Vnukovo 3 bizav center, VTS Jets started operations in August 2015. It currently provides line maintenance services on the entire product line of Bombardier’s long-range Global aircraft and Challenger 604/605 large-cabin jets. This Canadian company is the most popular business aircraft manufacturer in Russia.
VTS Jets obtained EU and Qatari MRO certificates in the summer of 2015. The company is planning to apply for similar clearances with the Bermudan, Cayman, and Aruban aviation authorities. VTS Jets personnel have undergone training at Bombardier’s training center in Canada and at the Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services center in Berlin.
VTS Jets provides AOG services at all Moscow airports and elsewhere in Russia and the CIS. The company plans to expand its MRO services to other Bombardier business jet types shortly.
